Seribu Islands regional working units (SKPD/UKPD) are asked to immediately form the Information and Documentation Management Officials (PPID).

It is required to facilitate public access to information related to the public service.

"PPID must be improved. The official is given decree letter to facilitate public service," expressed Bandok Eko Priambodho, Head of Seribu Islands Communication, Informatic and Statistic, Monday (4/17).

According to him, PPID is the officials who take full responsibility to collect, process and report to the public on request data and information, such as licensing, information, regulation, activity and auction.

"PPID decree for SKPD can be issued from the regent. While for UKPD decree is from regional heads," he finished.
